Katash
Just fitted an MTC Taipan 6-24 x 56 with the AMD (Advanced Mil-dot) rec - question is nothing indicates at what power the mil-dots are accurate at (SFP scope) Anyone know? telf
i have one on my .22lr and think its the best reticle out there for holdover points without being to cluttered,im pretty sure its 10 power as normal mildot rets
Katash
Prefer it to the SCB one but would have liked a plain mil-dot one I thought 10x too .... will post if I hear back.
Katash
Had it confirmed by MTC that it is 10x

Why I ask is that I have a MTC Connect on my Air Ranger which has got the SCB2 reticle and wanted to see what the AMD reticle is like.I have seen pics of it but wanted some feedback on it. Thanks. Katash
Its growing on me - its nice and fine compared to my outgoing Hawke Nite Eye SR6 .... I like the idea of 'christmas tree' recs but in reality they seem coarse and a bit cluttered - think I made the right choice getting the AMD one. .... and the scope is fantastic too. eccles
Got a MTC Viper on my Ranger FAC not a bad scope. Its is 10 x on it to i don't use the wind age lines though like to allow my own drift. you soon know with practice what you need with hold over or under. Works well with the Archer as well
