JJaxeman
Top cooker BTW The cooker was one of my many BARGAINS from E-Bay second hand but in first class condition for just £300 could not resist, had to re-model the kitchen to fit it in though
scolopax
Okay, nice pheasansnts but what a shame to just skin them. The best and only way to cook pheasant in my book is to pluck them properly (none of this skinning/de-breasting/crowning malarkey!) then roast them in the oven. Nice, simple and very tasty.
