nagantino Posted September 7, 2013 Report Share Posted September 7, 2013 Gonna use my next woodie to make pâté. Lightly poach the breast, allow it to cool. Tesco Ardennes pâté and sieve both through fine sieve. You can use half and half or adjust it to suit .Heat gently with a little butter and black pepper. Cool and fill small ramekins with the pâté.
