Unsalted Butter

Hello all,

 

I have accidently bought 3kg of unsalted butter, not realising it was as such. (It was reduced at Makro ...) Is there a way of turning it into 'normal' butter, without altering the properties, as for example, melting changes it?

use it for cooking, unsalted butter doesnt burn as much as salted

 

10kg of popcorn prob do the trick

 

just add salt to the food when using that butter

Melting will change it,the milk solids will sink and you will be left with clarified bitter which is good for cooking especially curries.

Other than that you have got to add salt
