No all wild it took me about 6 weeks to get this image.. The prop was from last year which went in after I sorted were the best light and B/g was for the shoot. Then flooded the ground with various food/scraps to draw the rats in eventually ending at the base of the prop. Then in the final days stop ground feeding and pushed smooth peanut butter into the bark of the prop gradually moving up to the position I wanted the rats. You could get a nice monthly cheque if you upload enough images of that quality. Plus others would get to see your images in various magazines, websites and adverts.
