Mungler
Ok, so I have an old Swarovski scope with IR that I use for boar shooting. I bought it second hand off eBay. It (and the rifle) took a small spill out the back of the van whilst we were in Croatia and the scope got scratched and the IR went on the fritz. I sent it to Swarovski and it's just come back to me by UPS today - sparkling, working and in a new box with a new battery. And.....all at no charge at all. Amazing. As I have always said, you get what you pay for. Edited December 24, 2013 by Mungler

figgy
You do pay a hefty price to start with, but I agree good customer service and will probably sway future purchases you or friends may make. Who was at fault for your rifle taking a tumble in Croatia? Figgy
