take em Posted December 27, 2013 Report Share Posted December 27, 2013 i just wondered if anyone knows if ducks eat apples,because theres always loads of apples on the floor in the orchard at my mum and dads farm and thought i could take some to a flight pond for the ducks??? ollie Posted December 27, 2013 Report Share Posted December 27, 2013 Don't need to be soft or rotten.i normally go and raid a few crab apple trees,put the crab apples in a steel bucket & chop them up with a spade.these get mixed up with rotten potatoes,veg peelings & barley and spread around the margins.
