With the AL391 I bought about 14 years back it had drop and cast, shims are easy to make though. Get some plastic sheet of the required thickness from a hobby store / model shop , use an existing shim or make a template to copy and cut one from the plastic sheet. Use and orbital sander clamped in a workmate or vice and by holding the new shim flat on the sander and applying pressure on the side you need to make thinner you can make a shim of almost and type. The only other thing you may need to do is make an offset washer for the stock bolt so start of with a large dia washer and file the one side away and make roundish you will then have a hole offset from the centre.
