Tad-blody
Hi all, I've been having a tidy up and found a fair few old Express steel cartridges at the back of the cupboard. These were bought early 2000's at the start of the lead ban, I never got on with them and shoved them to the back of the cupboard. As I now reload steel I decided to dismantle them for the components. I have already recovered the shot and wads. The questions I would like answered if possible are - What powder is in the light blue cased 70mm 32g steel game cartridges and in the Dark Blue 3" 36g High Performance (squarish shiny Grey/Green flake) both look the same to me. And secondly can I reuse this powder if identifiable. Thanks in advance.

rem708
I believe Express use Vectan powder but I have no proof of that. One of my suppliers said they could get Vectan from them at competitive prices so putting two and two together...........
