crow decoying advice

I have found their keen eye will pick up any little movement, so plenty of natural cover in your hide. What ever you get stake out on a cradle or ke-bab stick.

Also I like a flapper doing its thing...Sit tight and just pick one bird at a time, I quite often wait until they are over the hide and shoot them with up popping to keep the movement down.

Once you have your pattern done, just sit tight and whack them...

If they're not flying towards my decoys I'll call to them and see if they take a look. If they're flying high over the decoys I'll call to them and try and get them down but if there coming in low I'll wait till they call first and reply. I'm quite new to it and still learning so there's probably a better way of doing it.
