Fieldsports
Hello ladsI popped up to a local gun club today and he produced a huge box of top springs that he has kept out of guns over the years.I ended up getting a one that was quite a bit bigger but I cut and filed it to size quite easy.Compressed it and in it went.Has worked out perfect. He charged me £3.50 for the spring but I gave him a fiver as I thought it was a cheap part that worked a treat. Thanks again for all the help and offers.Steve

Really glad you sorted it on the cheap so to speak.. On a lighter note:: Years ago when the to spring went, to get them out of trouble, they used to use the elastic out of the misses knickers, and it works too, remember that lads if out in the field and it breaks.
