I had a A400 xplor for a short while, after a week or two I must have caught the action on my cartridge belt and the coating on the action was marked, I do not think a slight brush against a cartridge should mark the action and in my opinion this gun is not up to previous Beretta semi auto`s. After 4 months I sold it and bought a Maxus, brilliant gun.

why did you not just send it back under warranty? . You must have had a dodgy one if it was scratched as easy as you say .
