timmyra608
Goin to look at a second hand bsa r10 mk2vc tomorrow 3 hours away so let's hope it is worth it. Does £650 sound a good deal for said gun-scope-light-sling-bottle?
chrisjpainter
If I'm honest, I'd say no. Is it the one on Gunstar in Stoke-on-trent? Bearing in mind it's gonna cost a fair whack in petrol/ diesel, near on 300 mile round trip? It's up to you mate, but I'd hold out for a better deal a bit closer to home. timmyra608
Yh it is bud. Been looking for a while now and there just ain't nothin out this way. I gave myself 2 options either drive there and have a look or just buy new (which will be around £1000). I dnt pay for fuel so it is just my time. If you take the drive out of it does the £650 seem ok? Cheers Tim
Sx3 clay breaker
I think it's a bit steep personally there only 6-700 new in the shops
timmyra608
I think it's a bit steep personally there only 6-700 new in the shops Yh but once you add scope bottle sling bag it will be around £1000 so a saving of £350 which means after I have had a good play with it I could use the saved money to send it off to be tuned? timmyra608
Well it was a long old way but am so pleased I did go, the gun is immaculate and shoots amazingly. I have never had a gun that was so accurate. Also got another scope thrown in and a target. Put spinning target at 35 yards (size of a 2p) and hit it 20 out of 20. Bring on the rabbits. One question tho, should i have been given a safety certificate for the bottle ?
