Lord Geordie
Decided to get cracking today with depriming and resizing empties. Done the Hull, Gamebore, Fiocchi hulls! Then I started on the Eley ones :o It would appear, The conditioner does not like eley hulls Will have to leave those for the MEC 9000. Still. I have done well. Sorted through a few thousand hulls today. Making sure I have enough to keep me going for a little while! LG
Guest cookoff013
Prefer a collet resizer. Those cases are pretty tore up. Are they high "brass?"
Lord Geordie
Prefer a collet resizer. Those cases are pretty tore up. Are they high "brass?" No, They are T2's The metal is VERY thin and seems to have been opened up much further than the others! I think that has a lot to do with it also. I have the collet re sizer on the 9000, but it means interrupting the cycle to remove the carts once resized. Bit of a faff really!

If i remember with the mec 9000 if you take the primer seater out you can then deprime and resize and the cases just drop threw the hole, used to do that a lot when i deprimed ones that had gone wrong in the original loading ..
