Psyxologos Posted May 28, 2014 Report Share Posted May 28, 2014 As has already been said, the law has indeed changed. That does not mean that there is now any more reason to pay these 'fines'. It just means you have to appeal rather than just ignore. Very few cases go to court, as these companies know there are precedences set (rather recently, actually) that means it is not worth their while to take someone to court, pay for representation only to have the claim most likely thrown out.
