Made one out of steel pipe sheathed with plastic air pipe for the 223,but I have just bought a new one to use on the 308 as its new and I dont want to damage it or my nice new carbonfibre cleaning rod. Thought we would of seen you at Catton rifle weekendI got a howa 1500 308 1/10 twist 24" stainless heavy barrel ,with a AI 5 shot mag conversion awaiting a 10 shot mag with a tactical bolt handle and sorted trigger with a hauge, stock sonic 45 mod and a nikkon dimond scope. Looking for a better stock and scope and currently waiting to shoot it in and do some load development. Couldnt make catton due to work and the feo han my fac for variations. I did realy want to go.
