Killer69 Posted February 12, 2007 Report Share Posted February 12, 2007 pluck the brests then with a sharpe knife cut along both sides of the backbone and scrape of the meat with the knife underneath down to the wing and leg. a good way of cooking them is flash fry them then put them in an oven with honey and ginger sauce.
