spready
Im looking to get a set of allen headed bolts for my cz452 varmint, does anyone know the thread sizes? and also where i can get the allen headed wood screws? I've seen a few places in the states but it works out about £45 posted so just wondered if there was anywhere in the uk?
bicykillgaz
Splash the cash mate, I tried loads of different countersunk and standard Allen head bolts from the net but there all the wrong profile and just damage your trigger guard. I was lucky enough to get a set of the dip ones off here for about half the price. They're great and look loads better than anything I've found off evilbay. bicykillgaz
Yes i guess your right but £45 for 4 bolts lol I agree but £45 over the length of time you own the gun is nothing, I paid £25 for just the 2 bolts I didn't get the trigger guard screws! spready
I decided to order them from j&p custom after the advice of a few! Got a hammer spring to, had anyone else changed there's for one of the custom ones?
drut
Too tight to buy the bolts but did buy the striker spring which I am pleased with.
kent
Sometimes a trip to your engineers merchant can pay dividends on such things, not always but remember most things can be altered some until they are just perfect. At the prices spoken of I should just get something that could be altered and re-threaded by a keen model maker in his shed or the likes OR do a batch and sell them on here? peek-at
I replaced the striker spring with an upgraded one as I was starting to get a few misfires with the factory spring. Solved the problem and was a very easy little job
