belly47
just made my first ever bunny burgers as going to a barbecue on Saturday with the guys I go to football with and their families. so rather than buy some cheap old burgers I had a go at making my own, also good to show the anti shooting host (with whom I have had a few heated debates with in the past) what real free range food tastes like! found this link on you tube on and used it as a guide http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aESuqWNAoto well pleased with how they turned out, tasted lovely. just hope I don't eat any more before the weekend! belly

belly47
good stuff mate, always good to get the kids involved, at the moment my 4.5 yr old son is my help when taking my shooting gear to the car, only a small thing really but he loves it and always tells me to have a good day and to shoot some rabbits! maybe you should let your daughter help make some burgers, its quite therapeutic mixing the meat in a big bowl getting all messy they taste really good just don't over do the herbs lee

Muddy Funker
Another variation is to bang in a few spoons of green curry paste to a recipe the same as this.Thai green rabbit burgers are incredible.
Mentalmac
Or Chorizo... I do rabbit and chorizo burgers a lot. Especially for those who aren't as used to eating rabbit meat. The chorizo gives off a lovely smokey and yummy flavour. Also add in some streaky bacon when mincing it so you can add some fat content.
