joecash
the most important thing for a woman is gun fit. Gun fit for a woman is very important as in general apart from the obvious female attribute of breasts, their necks are longer and their physical strength is less than the male. If your young lady has a longer neck then a monte carlo stocked gun may well be best. Length of pull is important and a gun with and adjustable comb and adjustable stock with recoil pad would also help and save you some cash in the long run - even if you have to pay a little more up front. If you aren't sure of what her needs are, get assistance from someone who really knows how to gunfit a woman, even if you have to shell out a few quid - try not to be penny wise and pound foolish on this issue Edited August 5, 2014 by joecash
loriusgarrulus
Went to a clay ground with a gun shop and tried out their demo guns. They helped with a demo gun that was adjustable with a comb raiser as I have a longish neck and needed a shorter stock. I eventually went for a Winchester Select Light 12 bore and had the stock shortened and a kick eze fitted and a comb raiser before collecting it. This suits me as very little recoil and is lightweight as I have arthritis in my wrists.
