Decided at 6.30 this morning that I'd go and have a couple of hours. We took the new lurcher pup out for her first outing along with my ESS pup.... Must say thought that we've knocked ferreting on the head for this year.....bolted loads of half growns and had some bad layups, We were working a hedge row and one blighter laid up...........located 8 ft back under the road!!!!!!!!! I had a first cross whippet greyhound which looked very similar , She was a top little dog (very ,very quick and she was like a guided missile when she was behind something ( one of them do or die things ) had some heart stopping moments.
