Kes
I have an old one - they dont make it in left handed or didnt and the new ones (2 models now) are supposed to be better. Its my favourite shotgun and it has never missed a beat. I've had it for about 16 years and its been a wildfowling gun (inland geese), flighting gun, pigeon gun and clay gun. Its an extrema 1 - its a keeper. I wont need another semi-auto and certainly not a Browning - my friends lights up the area for 30 metres around, coming dusk, with the blowback from the ejection port. DerbyshireDale.
Does this factory have a bad rep? I think he's pulling your leg mate (tongue in cheek)... the FN factory produced the legendary B25's hand made o/u, costing thousands of pounds (still do) the factory is Belgiums most famed gun makers and is renound the world over. atb ...Dale. figgy
As above I was being tongue in cheek. The Winchester is made in FN's Belgium factory yet the more expensive Maxus is not. But shares the same design for operating system. Hence the cheaper gun is made by the better makers. If money is no obstacle as to what gun you buy, you have to go on fit and feel when handling them to decide on what is best for you.
