Spaniel
Answer is yes BASC do a permit book where you can locate your local club and go on a taster flight Some clubs could have a waiting list etc Where do you live

fenboy
Fenland wildfowlers are close to you . They did have vacancies but not sure if you can join once the season has started. You can go as and when you want during the season , but flight times are called such for a reason , thats the time the duck and geese are likely to be moving to and from the marsh and you will most likely be wasting your time at other times. Wildfowling is not for everyone , it normally entails a long walk with little or no shooting on most occasions , in mud , wind, rain and cold Your best bet would to be to arrange a ticket through BASC to have a trial. Just be careful with those Fenland lot , they are a little odd Edited October 12, 2014 by fenboy

Big Mat
There are plenty of clubs not far from you. Get the BASC permit book and contact some of them.
ayano3
A lot of clubs do day tickets but you will find the first thing is you have to be a member of BASC.
Spaniel
See if they do taster flights This is where a member of the club would escorts you on a flight so you can get a feel for what wildfowling is like and if it suits you Give them a call or check out their Web site as the info may be on there
