haggis
Are 28" barrels too short these days? Game guns seem yo have 28" but clay guns seem to have 30+. Whats your preference?
TIGHTCHOKE
It's horses for courses, I have 24" barreled guns for the hide and 32" guns for clays and a few in between.
littlerob
I prefer short barrels nothing over 28inch . Due to im quite small and need a small length off pull to so longer barrels with a short stock, makes for me a front heavy gun . But I say use what you feel comfortable with

bostonmick
I have always shot better with 30 inch barrels.would not say they are better or worse than any other length.just my preference.if it suits you then use it.
