longspoon Posted November 29, 2014 Report Share Posted November 29, 2014 As Dan says, if your son has another key with his car, try that in the lock, if the problem persists it's with the central locking or maybe one of the door locks. will_gleave Posted November 29, 2014 Report Share Posted November 29, 2014 From my experience these have a high failure rate of the cdl module which is located behind the drivers side dash also the wires going in to the door wear away and short out so worth checking them as well.
