PhilR
I think it should be 3/4 in the top and 1/4 in the bottom. The little - does have a meaning on Miroku chokes.

Ah well, we learn something new everyday. Perhaps a Miroku owner can tell you.

PhilR
My Miroku MK38 trap gun has a single star on the top barrel and on the bottom barrel has a single star and a dash. The gun is choked Full in the top and 3/4 in the bottom. I've owned several Mirokus over the years starting with an 800S I bought new in 1977. I've no need Scully to ask a Miroku owner. Chris 1985
Not sure if they would have changed over time, but I've just copied this from the user manual for the MK series. Mine's an MK60 and is 1/4 and 3/4, which I think is a common set up for Mirokus with fixed chokes.
