bigmcg
I have made some bramble whiskey this year and I am wondering if anyone has any (sensible and polite) suggestions on what to use the soused brambles for, it seems a waste to throw them away Thanks
Thunderbird
Have them as a dessert with ice cream, it's usually very nice. I did that with blackcurrants from which I had made vodka, and raspberries from raspberry gin. For soused sloes, soak in cider overnight, known as 'Slider'.
