fenboy
Good pics UD , that second one takes me back a few years but its the first that is likely to excite me more these days.
rich1985
There was once a time in my youth when I would have bagged them pheasants in the picture and slipped away silently, how times change. I have no regrets in the poaching I did, if anything made me sharper and wiser, they say the best keepers came from the dark side, I would like to think there is some truth in this. " a gamekeeper is but a poacher turned inside out " great pics, made me smile.

rich1985
I did 3 years in college to get the paper work but learnt very little about the real world, you gain that experience by being in the woods and in the hedge rows watching, looking and listening. I poached I watched the birds and mammals, watched plants grow, listened and learnt bird songs and calls, the only way you can learn about the wild is be in the wild, no class room can teach you that. It's not all about having a gun in your hand.
moondoggy
Those pictures look like my garden, including the pigeons. Three less in the garden now though. Three more in the freezer. Yum, yum!
