Mightymariner
In December we rehomed Bertie, a nearly four year old Cocker Spaniel. He's a dog of contrasts, inside the house as calm and placid as you could imagine, outside he's a 100 MPH, nose down and enthusiastic hunter. Needless to say the children adore him. He's not a trained gundog but has great hunting skills, but poor recall when on scent. He also seems happy to sit in the hide when pigeon shooting, so who knows what he will do. To be honest, a bit of company when shooting may be all I ask of him. Edited February 5, 2015 by Mightymariner

JDog
I do not think that you will be disappointed with Bertie if all you ask is company. I look forward to meeting him in due course.
