David BASC Posted February 25, 2015 Report Share Posted February 25, 2015 Not at all, its a matter of free choice if a game shoot or pigeon club or any other shooting club want to affiliate to BASC as a club or syndicate and get the discount and additional cover for occasional guests. once they do choose to affiliate then we ask them to abide by our rules of affiliation. Why on earth you would even suggest this is against EU laws is totally beyond me! norfolk dumpling Posted February 26, 2015 Report Share Posted February 26, 2015 Our game syndicate are looking at blanket BASC membership to ensure all are covered and no gaps (even though it is certain all will have household covers which provide up to 10m TP liability covers to shooters) so is it that I can claim back pro rata my personal membership premiums if this happens? I was checking my bank account and noticed that I'd not received a refund which normally is bank transfer.
