Insurance needed for off road quad bikes and lawnmowoers

This has to be a joke but its not April the 1st. So the EU have rules that quad bikes, tractors and 4x4's along with mobility scooters now have the have insurance.

 

It was first reported to the Commons on Chirstmas Eve, not trying to hide anything, are they, thanks to Breitbart to story is out. EU rules that all sit-on lawmower and mobility scooters need motor insurance, even on private land. This will affect country sports workers as they use quad bikes and 4x4's off road, many of them are not used go on the highway and do not need tax or insurance.

 

The UCSW said this will affect small game shoots and stables many of them use quad bikes and 4x4's that never go onto the road [highway] they are off road on private land and will now have to get insurance. This will add extra costs to their small business.

and how will they enforce that then? as to catch me using my non insured mower in my woods, they will need to trespass to see me?

How are they going to enforce this. I have a few sit on mowers and a quad and looking for a gator They can go sit on a sharp post.

What a joke, a complete joke and waste of time to enforce this will mean more jobs which means someone at the top of that branch on huge wages, so all this when there cutting our services and forces
