rimfire4969
Rooks will be at a Rookery's not crows, it's all in the name. They are certainly building now around here, March into April is about normal for down here.
WelshMike
Come on gents lets not be picky as I am sure the term "crow" is used in the generic sense. I have a small area of woodland on one of my permissions that has a fair few hundred jackdaws and they are always noisy at night. I am roost shooting them once every week or two so their numbers are coming down little by little. The farmer hates "crows" he makes no distinction between Carrion Crows, Rooks or Jackdaws. I have had 410 in the last 4 months so he is happy (a mix of crows, rooks and Jackdaws)

I have had a couple of 50+ days which is good enough for me.
