krwigan
Not much to report really. Forgot the footie was on and only remembered half way up to the farm. Too late though as the call had already been made. Anyway, things took a while to get going tonight. Missed my first shot, but soon settled in with my second shot killing the first rat of the session stone dead. 8 more followed over the next 90 mins and things had slowed down plus my head torch was running low on power. Packed the gear away, picked up the litter picker to collect what had been shot. 1 had been dragged back in the hole and at least 2 more where in the slurry pit which are in accessible so only 6 retrievable unfortunately. All good size rats not seen any young about yet. Thanks for reading KR

krwigan
Very satisfying bowling rats over. Great avatar, RIP Frank, you were a very weird yet loveable genius. It is very satisfying, tough little things. A well placed head or neck shot usually sorts them out Edited March 11, 2015 by krwigan
