LOL, I have found you can't have decoys too big. I am making a couple 36 inch wingspan as a friend of mine tried the huge decoys a few year back and they worked a treat. Do not know if they work any better or worse than the 24 inch wingspan ones but it has to be worth a try. I made some with roofing membrane and made bodies up over "for sale" sign cut-outs of birds. they work well also.
