Cosd
Never tried this but fancy cooking some pulled pork on Friday night for a boys card night. Menu will be lashings of pulled pork in buns, topped with home made slaw, and a side of crispy chips Seen a few Slow cooker pulled pork recipes, but not seen anything that jumps out at me. Anyone tried this or has any recipes for it? Edited March 23, 2015 by Cosd

markm
Cook the joint for 24 hours in oxo stock, keep this to make gravy in the future. Shred the pork with 2 forks. Mix Levi's reggae reggae sauce with sugar and bring to the boil for a couple of mins, mix together when both still warm. No mess, no fuss, cheap as well. The key thing is remove moisture otherwise it just makes a mess of the roll and after a few sherbets you also end up with dinner medals! Passionforangling
http://www.100daysofrealfood.com/2013/12/03/recipe-best-pulled-pork-crock-pot/ I can recommend the above. I'm no cook and even I can do this recipe! One thing, just cook it for an hour, or even two, longer than they say
