Marlin Goose Gun in very good condition as can be seen from the photos. Shiny bright bore with no pitting and wood work in very good condition also. Tony Morris Posted June 6, 2015 Report Share Posted June 6, 2015 Magazine should hold two cartridges and it should chamber another unless the magazine has been messed about with. Some of these have been turned into single shot by welding up the shell plate in the magazine and then welding in the magazine to make it fixed. To satisfy the Proof House all that needs doing is to put four tack welds on the magazine, one on each corner, to hold it in the action, no need to alter it's capacity at all. Tony.
