I've still got 1250 left of the 40gr. Never tried the 42's, but I wouldn't have thought the extra 2gr would have that much effect on the trajectory. I'll pick up a box tomorrow (if in stock) and try them out.

I can't tell the difference, was only concerned that they group well.Once zeroed in I shot a rabbit at 45mtrs,wound looked no different either.Bloke recommend it has a flatter trajectory?

Picked up a new CZ this morning from Gilsen Sports and was informed that winnie 40g are being discontinued and they now only stock 42g.Never had a problem zeroing however and they group nice at 50mtrs.

i was in Bradford Stalker the other week stocking up on my Finfire's diet of RWS subs and i noticed the new Winnie 42gr subs so bought 50 just to try. Have'nt been out with the rifle yet to try them but it'll be interesting to see how they group compared to the RWS. They do take some beating. My brother bought his CZ 22 fom Gilsans as well. Great service i have to say. Enjoy :good:
