and i know how to use it!!

 

dont be like me & have to buy & sell multiple cabs before you get the right one, I never thought i'd end up with all the kit i have so always go a bit bigger, it sets you up for the future,..... mines full...... damn it!!!,.... ive got it wrong again lol.

Yes I've got one and it's very good. And I would say it was a roomy 5 guns. You could get more in.

I have the 8 gun version and don't use the keypad any more since the batteries went flat and it started making strange beeping noises in the middle of the night - I was away and my wife couldn't do anything about it :D

 

I have one of the potato safes mentioned and I open that with a key too but have tried the thumping method and it doesn't work. You can update the springs inside if you're that concerned

the locking system would concern me slightly as it does look very much like the one used on potato safes so if it is it will be easy to get into

It has another heavy handle underneath which turns the other way. It takes two hands to open. I don't think it's the same mechanism as those little hotel safes (though I'm no expert).

 

The police were very happy with it when i put it in.

to be honest i would be amazed if it were that easy to get into as im sure the authorities would have seen the videos the same as many of us had and if a gun safe was that easy to open they would never be passed for firearms but not having tried to open a safe like that (i use one from argos to keep carts in) i thought i had better mention it
