Gordon R
A friend of mine inherited a Rebr.R flare pistol from a deceased relative. It was intact and he had it quickly deactivated. It was stored in a holster. The gunsmith who did the deactivation said it was for a German Luger and had little in common with the pistol. A quick Google suggests it is a World War 1 Artillery or Naval Luger Holster. It has the longer barrel - 6" as opposed to the post WW1 4" barrel. The holster is in very good condition, but the strap is poor. Two leather attachments (where the strap fastens) are missing. Any idea where to get it valued. Scully
Send pic's to Phillips Auction House or similar. Some auction houses hold free evaluation days prior to sales in order to pull in Lots.
