hatsanmad
Hi guys im a bit confused/puddled. Being doing a bit of research and data gathering for the longshot powder. Got data im happy with for my 3-31/2 inch loads but gathering some for 23/4 hulls. And when i use hodgdons site it doesnt give a option for steel shot. A piece im intrested in is for a 1 1/8 oz load but for lead. And when i wrote the data and components down and done a search on clay&games site i cant find the wads its saying. The data reads for a 23/4 hull a 11/8oz lead load Ched 209 primer Fed 12s3 wad 33.6 grain of longshot. Producing 1453 fps So what im confused about is what wad can i use? And because the data is only given for lead not steel. What alterations do i need to make? Been trying to work it out for the last hour and half. Can anyone help please? Thanks in advance and thanks for your patience as im sure some are fed up of my questions. Regards hatsan

Farma Geddon
That's a lead load and if you stick a steel wad and steel shot in it , you might have a nasty surprise
