robbiep
1. The meat to be VERY well wrapped. Two or three layers of waterproof wrapping. 2. If possible, a polystyrene box outside that, all taped sealed. Then wrapped in more plastic. 3. A tight-fitting cardboard box outside that. Do bear in mind that any courier would be fuming at you if the goods you sent were to leak - because the leak would be onto other customer's goods, potentially damaging those. As such, a lot of couriers have restrictions on posting meat or other perishable foods. As such, a lot of them have particular requirements or you must have additional insurance in place to cover damage to other customer's good. (TNT you must use their 'special services' division, for example)
