ernyha
the pigeons were all coming in from different angles? So why do you want to change your pattern then, sounds like a great shooting set up to me.
Vermin Dropper
Whats the problem, as long as they keep coming.
Pigeon_decoyer
Well the problem is that i thought you had to give the pigeons room to land in the pattern, because they wasn't coming into the decoys, they were just flying stright pass. Vermin Dropper
Do you mean they weren't committing to your decoys at all or they were overshooting the pattern? if they were overshooting, try moving your pattern a bit further away (as long as the "killing zone" is not out of range) and group more decoys at the front of your pattern to act as a stop. if they weren't committing at all, you have a problem either with your general pattern layout, or with your hide/you, no offence but are you doing all the basics, (good hide, keeping still, most decoys into the wind, right pattern for the wind direction, movement in the pattern, etc, etc, )
