BangBangNik
A friend of mine asked if i would take him clay shooting up kelbrook this morning as he is just starting to get into the sport, i thought it would be a good opportunity to have a play with my latest toy, my new gopro. not the best vid, but i learned a lot and have some ideas on how to improve it. pg123
Not bad for a first try. Big question is are you bringing it on Saturday??
BangBangNik
got a couple of ideas of things to try to improve the footage, youtube seems to have compressed it a bit so that has lost some quality also. i will probably stick it in my bag for saturday depending on what the weather is like. pheasants are bigger than clays so should show up better. Ttfjlc
Nice video pal even if I didn't see some of the clays!
BangBangNik
Cheers. Must admit, the original video played on my TV is much better, all the clays can be seen easily. Certainly doesn't make for great watching on a phone screen.

figgy
I found by setting it to narrow veiw the clays show up more and less fish eye. I use empty cartridge case to square the camera over my right eye so it's looking straight up the rib of the gun. Great for seeing where you went wrong later. The narrow view was my next port of call but everyone I've been out since its been raining so haven't bothered with it. I like the idea of lining it up with an empty case.
