Harnser
Took my 15 plate warrior in to day for its first service . Main agent told me that the factory is recalibrating injectors on models with a particulate filter as they go in for service . Apparently to much fuel can be injected into the filter to burn off the the residue in the particulate filter causing fuel to enter the crank case and raising the oil level . This is being done free of charge but is not a recall as it is not a safety matter. If you have an l200 with a particulate filter I would advice you to contact the main dealer . I new nothing of this until I took the truck in today for a service . Harnser

mr smith
I believe there were reports of similar in some volvo diesels,in some the oil levels got so high there were cases of engines running on.Sounds like a safety issue to me. Harnser
Just picked my truck up from the main agents and the service manager told me that this matter only applies to l200s from 2010 onwards . Harnser
