Hendrix's rifle
I have an SMK and prefer it over my gamo :L its a supergrade something or other, spring air rifle. I know what people say about them but I've had it for a fair few years now and never had a problem

Guest topshot_2k
Personally I would go with a second hand BSA Scorpion/Ultra or something from Air Arms or Brocock, They are around the same money as a new SMK and much better built. If you have a limited budget why not go for a decent spring/gas ram air rifle?

norfolkgoose
I have considered a single shot but I have to shoot at night to so would be a bit fiddly but have managed in the past so not opposed to a single just easier with a multi
Hendrix's rifle
Just got the smk out to check zero, 6 shot group 25 yards less than half inch, little bit smaller than a 5p coin. Hawke eclipse 4-12x50 scope using h+n sniper lights. New pellets thought id give them a try and they seem to be ok will try and post a pic
secretagentmole
Woo ha! What SMK is it? If it is a B2 then just hitting a target is a challenge. If you have an XS19 well then that is from a different factory and a different rifle altogether. The XS19 is actually many rifles, other companies buy it, stick a different stock and name on it and sell it for more money! Companies like Remington and Beretta for example.... If you want a lighter rifle then try a Hatsan 900X breaker. Edited February 20, 2016 by secretagentmole
