WinchesterDave
Yesterday my girlfirend and I went to Ness Botanical Gardens. It was such a glorious, hot day and we had a good time. A lack of wildlife meant taking pictures of these; a little Different but stunning colours! For those interested these images were shot using my 70D with my girlfriends incredible Sigma 35mm f1.4 Art and the Canon 24-105 f4 is And the 7Dmk2 with the Canon 400mm f5.6 70D / 24-105mm f4 70D / Sigma 35mm f1.4 70D \ Sigma 35mm f1.4 7Dmk2 / Canon 400mm f5.6 Atb, Dave
Guttersnipe
Cracking Dave - some lovely pics, if you keep showing them all how great Lancashire is we'll be inundated - the 35mm prime f1.4 is a great lens, just invested in one for baby pics (wife's orders, apparently too many landscapes).... cheers
WinchesterDave
Thank you GS 👍You will enjoy using it mate it's very sharp and it creates lovely Bokeh! It's also very fun to shoot with! Just annoying it's my girlfriends and not mine

fortune
Great pictures. there's a bit of a problem with them though. The background is all out of focus though.. It's nice to have a common interest with the other half that you can appreciate and share. At least with a digital camera you can see the result immediately and delete the rubbish and take more until you get the best image. Not like back in 35mm days when you had to wait to see what you got back from the developers. We've got loads of packets of negatives and prints that no one ever gets out but I quite often look through holiday images on the computer and remember the good times and views that we had on any particular holiday. WinchesterDave
Thanks fortune! Yes a lot of people say that, it is good to get out with the cameras together etc she's adamant not to get into shooting though -_- working progress haha! Thanks for viewing
