AberFowl
The new hatsan extreme 3inch magnum What choke tubes are interchangeable? Looking for aftermarket tubes for big steel shot Edited May 20, 2016 by AberFowl
TONY R
Thhey are aparently REM chokes, lots of good options out there in effective steel shot tubes for the rem chokes. I am seriously concidering buying two new escot 12s for the kids to use, they are 295 new and i have three Terror chokes in rem choke just wasted in a drawer, a .655 and two .675s ideal for these Escorts. AberFowl
As I thought...thanks Cant go wrong with the newer hatsans, this is my second and cant fault them, never had any issues, just keep on top of the carbon build up on the mag tube and they keep firing. Great gun for hide and marsh work. I use the 10bore for majority of my fowling but would like to use the hatsan for the 'duck days' due to cost of 10 bore loads Edited May 20, 2016 by AberFowl
TONY R
We have a 20 bore the kids had when they were starting i have it now as my main pigeon gun, its been fantastic. I saw one of the new ones a 3 inch mag 12 with the rubber infill bits, it was incredible for the money i thought, the rem chokes tipped it for me not that i needed a lot of convincing, but having three hundred quids worth of chokes i can use to good effect in them. is a sort of bonus, i might sell the .655 if your interested. but my youngest lad 13 is a bigger hoarder than me and its technicaly his untill he decides which patterns the bbest in the escort, the .675 would by my choice and the older lads already took my word for it and is opting for .675 even before he gets it. .655 is motre a longer range option the .675 covers things a little closer in perhaps, but all the terrors are fantastic. Sweet11-87
thats what i assumed but the rem chokes from my 11-87 dont fit my escort and i was assured they would.
ianspire
I think the Rem chokes only fit the Escort with the chokes marked V3
