kingo15
Stayed the same in b class for sporting. Missed out on going up to a by a couple of percent, not sure i want to be in A class just yet haha. Sian
I have stayed the same for all the disciplines I have a class for. Missed my sporting going up to B by 0.47% and it currently now stands at 71.8% but there you go. I am happy about this as I would rather be stronger in C for a while longer. I don't care what letter I have so long as my results keep improving and I keep putting in B or A scores

To be honest the last couple of registered shoots around here c class winners have been early 80's. The last reg shoot at Northampton I think b class high gun was 90. Overall high gun was 96 I think. Definitely some iffy scores about in classes.

figgy
75.4 esp and 80.2 sportrap so still just missed out on going back into A class. Had a howler in my last registered so that probably was enough to keep me in B. Keep trying and enjoying it.

I now find myself in A class having recently let my CPSA membership lapse for 3 months and then rejoining. Before that I was firmly in the bottom half of B class although I had put in a couple of 80 plus scores some months ago. I guess I'll have to put up with the no chance of winning anything and just revel in the false glory of being an A class shooter until the inevitable(barring a miracle) drop back into B in 6 months time. I'll probably pass you on the way up when I am plummeting down. Steve

Steve There was a time when all I thought about was getting out of C but actually I find its more about my score now, its personal to me - its not even about a big number its about feeling my shooting on any particular day went as well as it could for that shoot. Good example yesterday because its a good score by any account but there were four which were lost through complacency, lack of respect, whatever you want to call it. There was only one stand where I could say I need to re-shoot that to get to grips with it.
stevewall968
Keep it going. Your scores clearly reflect the fact that you must be enjoying your shooting right now. Nice one! Ps what stand was that then? Edited June 3, 2016 by stevewall968
Sian
Keep it going. Your scores clearly reflect the fact that you must be enjoying your shooting right now. Nice one! Ps what stand was that then? Stand 7 left to right battue and right to left rising crossing one. Only got four loss kill loss loss kill kill loss kill - I wasn't consistent and didn't give enough on the first. I found also my hold point for first bird was inconsistent like I couldn't remember where it was appearing. Frustrating.
stevewall968
A good pair of targets. I hit all 4 battues(bleeding miracle) and only 2 of the right to left high crossers. Maintained lead seemed to do the trick on the Battues, unfortunately I got back into measuring the lead mode on the other bird and paid the price. ☹️
Peter De La Mare
Suppose I'd better make all these AA next year. Was rather hoping they'd all have dropped a class so I could sandbag in the lower classes for prize money.
