Got the same rifle, it's a cracking 'tack driver' accuracy wise.

Mines got a sack mod and night eater scope. My only moan would be the weight of the heavy varmint barrel (although it's well balanced) and the trigger is pants!

Sort out a trigger kit and it's a whole new world lol.

They are quite good straight from the box really, took mine 30 rounds or so before it started to group properly, the trigger kits are only 15quid and make a world of difference but if you do it yourself watch out for the little ball its a nightmare, i also bedded mine and its now unbelievable, another note is that if you ever do remove it from the stock you really do need a torque gauge as they are or at least mine was very torque sensitive

hi i have an LEI moderator on mine, expensive at £150 but excellent bit of kit, that said a mod is a mod. i have a leupold 3-9x 50 ballistic milldot on mine, this was a spare scope i had and a much cheaper scope than this would easily suffice. any 3-9 x 50 would be fine on you rifle, you can pick up some excellent second hand scopes for very little money, giving quality and a great financial saving.

I have one in HMR and love it although it's a bit of a hefty beast!

Mine has a yo dave trigger kit fitted which is great and v easy to fit- really easy DIY job.

Scope wise I think 3-9x40 is a little low for a HMR. I use a Hawke 4-16x50 and it's fine for the money
