cocknee
I am not able to get out as often as I would like these days but the other day I saw a flightline heading for 4 rape fields about a mile away. I got 3 mates to shoot the stubbles and I shot the flightline it was blowing a gale and the pigeons heading to the rape stubbles had the wind behind them, what a brilliant day there was certainly no chance of a second shot if the first was missed I dread to think what the average was but certainly worse than 4 to one. I would swap all my 200+ days for a few days like that, I picked up 68 the other three had just over 200 between them.
JDog
Great stuff. That flight line shooting really cannot be beaten.
Cranfield
It can be testing and exciting, its also great if you want to travel light and only have time for a few hours shooting.
